Vertical Filter Press
Metalcess supplies vertical filter press for the filtration of slurry with high viscosity, micro-fine particles and suspending solution.
Chamber Filter Press
Metalcess provides membrane chamber filter press to treat high viscosity liquid. For efficient filter cake unloading, it is designed with vibrating device against the filter plate. The filter press is of good resistance to high temperature and high corrosion.
Vertical Stirred Mill
Vertical stirred mill (also named vertical spiral stirred mill or tower mill) is used for regrinding or secondary grinding of feed up to 6mm and to get P80 15-30μm mineral size.

Tiltable Rotating Converter (TRC)
Tiltable Rotating Converter (TRC) is new type rotary tilting furnace adapted from TBRC for copper smelting. It can treat copper scrap/WEEE/PCB /gold-silver refining ashes/anode slime containing precious metals.
Flash Magnetization Roasting Furnace
Metalcess provides Flash Magnetization Roasting Furnace especially treating superfine low-magnetism iron residue/slag from zinc PLS purification and nickel laterite leaching, recovering iron residue to standard iron ore.
Copper Anode Casting Wheel
The casting machine consists of pouring ladle, constant volume casting ladle with balancing device, casting wheel, water spraying device, anode lifting pin and pin repositioning device, mold dressing spraying device, defective anode rejection device and anode copper water cooling tank, etc.
Tin Spiral Finned Crystallizer
The spiral finned crystallizer uses the solidification process to separate lead, bismuth from crude tin, during which their content decrease as the temperature goes up.
Electrical Arc Furnace
The electric furnace for tin concentrate smelting belongs to the category of electric arc resistance furnace. The current is supplied to the smelting bath through direct contact with slag (solid material) to generate electric arc and heat for reduction smelting.
Top Blown Rotary Converter (TBRC)
TBRC is a rotary tiltable furnace for smelting anode slime,WEEE,non-ferrous metal smelting slag and setting slurry to recover gold, silver and other precious metal. It can also treat copper concentrate and secondary material like scrap copper, scrape lead, lead slag, lead dust,etc.

Zinc Melting Cored Induction Furnace

Silver Electrolysis System
Silver electro-refining is mainly used to treat Dore alloy from copper/lead anode slime and WEEE recycling, mixed silver with crude gold from cyanide gold slime smelting and other silver-bearing scrap and jewelry.
Gold Electrolysis System
Gold electro-refining is taken place in FRPP electrolysis cell. Crude gold casting plate is used as anode while high purity gold plate is used as cathode. Gold ER uses chloride solution and free hydrochloric acid as electrolyte.
Chemical Process
MVR Evaporator (Mechanical Vapor Recompression)
MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporation technology is highlighted with the secondary steam being recycled after enthalpy increase by mechanical compression, greatly decreasing the demand of fresh steam and process water.
Consumables
Corrosion Resistance Pump
Metalcess provides centrifugal pump, screw pump, high pressure membrane pump, and slurry pump for different working conditions. Applications: mineral, tailing, acid and alkaline solution transfer.
Stainless Steel Cathode
Permanent stainless steel cathodes used for the copper ER & EW process, made up of 3.25 mm S.S.316L, Polypropylene Edge Strips, 100 mm homo polar distance,370 A/m2 electricity current density, 10 plus years service lifetime.
Permanent Lead Alloy Anode
Permanent lead alloy anode is widely used in Copper, Zinc, Nickel, Cobalt and Manganese electro-winning industry as permanent anode for its inert property, long service lifetime and low production and maintenance cost.
Al Cathode for Zinc Electro-winning
Aluminum Cathode is specially used for zinc electro-wining where the cathodes are installed in electrolytic cell to form pairs with Lead anodes. Voltage is applied across the anode-cathode pair to stimulate zinc ions to get electrons and deposited on the cathode surface. Zinc loaded cathodes are periodically stripped.
Lead/Tin melting Refining Kettle
The lead melting pot can have a capacity maximal 200t, integral formed from 5.2m super-wide steel by 100MN hydraulic heading machine, no welding. Larger lead melting pot can be designed upon request, whereas the welding is performed by automatic submerged arc welding machine and checked by 9MeV-ray linear accelerator to ensure its quality.
Refractory Brick
Metalcess supplies refractory bricks as spare parts with equipment delivery. MgCr20 brick, MgCr18 brick and high aluminum brick and castables are used in the furnace supplied by Metalcess.
